What can I do in CollectPRO?
— Link your QuickBooks Online account so you can organize, manage, and track your invoices that will update both CollectPRO and QBO simultaneously.
— View different A/R data (on an interactive dashboard) such as: Total A/R, Top 5 clients that owe you money, Top 5 clients owing you money over 90 days, and broken into the amount of A/R in each status you created.
— View your A/R grouped by client or by individual invoice sorted by: client name, aging status, or total due.
— Search in summary or detail view to quickly find a specific client or invoice you need to address.
— Create and update custom statuses, add notes to your invoice, date stamp updates, view past notes and detailed client info, view pdf copy of invoice open, and send an email reminders by clicking on the invoice in any view.
— Create custom reports filtered by status, client, or date range or export pre-made reports.
What is customizable in CollectPRO?
CollectPRO provides the ability to customize our app in many ways, such as:
— You can edit what you see and don’t see on a page, along with several filters on each view so it is easy to manage invoices and make a plan for your collection.
— You can add new statuses as well as edit existing ones or delete ones you no longer need.
— You can create as many reports, filtered in a variety of ways to assess your collection efforts and adjust your strategy accordingly.

Am I able to export various reports?
Yes, Collect Pro offers multiple options for you to export your account data, allowing you to generate custom reports and download specific invoice or payment information. The available export functionalities include:
Custom Reporting
Navigate to the Settings menu and select the Reports option.
Here you can create a custom report by filtering on criteria such as invoice status, customer name, and date range.
A/R Aging Summary Export
Access the A/R Agings > Summary section.
Select the checkbox next to the desired client names.
Click the export icon above the client list to download the summary data.
A/R Aging Details Export
Access the A/R Agings > Details section.
Select the checkbox next to the specific invoices you need.
Click the export icon above the invoice list to download the detailed information.
Transactions Export
Go to the Settings menu and choose the Transactions option.
Select the type of payments you want to export (e.g. Invoices, Credits, etc.).
Check the boxes for the relevant transactions and click the export button.
What is a sample workflow process CollectPRO enables?
The field team creates invoices in QuickBooks Online –> a company owner decides on and creates statuses she wants to assign to invoices (invoice just sent, need to send reminder/email, need to call, check sent, etc.) –> A/R manager goes through A/R daily or weekly to update statuses and complete actions either they marked or marked by company owner –> both A/R manager and company owner can create reports to assess and evaluate their collection process.

This app was created out of our own need for a more efficient A/R collection process- our business was hurting from a high A/R. We understand how frustrating, stressful, and costly a complex collection process can be and our app became a solution we want to share with other stressed or frustrated individuals and business owners.

How can I connect CollectPRO with QuickBooks?
Make sure you are in the Collect Pro dashboard.
1. Locate and select the “Settings” menu.
2. Locate and click on the “QuickBooks“.
3. On the QuickBooks integration page, click the “Connect” button to initiate the linking process between the two applications.
